Delete Your Tessora Account
You can delete your Tessora account at any time, either from within the app or by contacting support. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open Tessora and sign in.
- Tap Settings (bottom navigation or profile menu).
- Tap Account.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
Email us at support@gettessora.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile, display name, and authentication credentials.
- Stories, audio recordings, transcripts, and photos you uploaded.
- Family member profiles and archive data you created.
- Workspace memberships and invitations.
- Subscription and billing records (financial transaction records may be retained as required by law).
Content shared with other family members that those members have copies of may remain in their own archive.
